When you order
Once you’ve placed your order, you will automatically receive an invoice via email. We will process your order on the same day you’ve placed your order and will notify you via email when your order will be ready for delivery or collection. Please note that orders placed after 4pm (Monday to Friday), during a weekend or on a public holiday will be processed the following working day.

You can also order from different stages at the same time: Select the meals you want from each stage and view your complete meal selection before completing the order.

When we deliver
As our meals are not mass-produced and we cook per custom order, we take 4 working days to cook and prepare an order. This excludes the day you place your order and the delivery or collection day. For example, if you place your order on Monday, it will be ready for delivery or collection the following Monday.

All information with regards to our address for collection and all agent details will appear on your invoice. If you've selected an agent to collect your meals from, they will be in touch with their banking details in order to do an EFT transfer.

How to pay
Once you’ve placed your order, you will automatically receive an invoice via email. Our banking details appear at the bottom of the invoice. Please pay via EFT and send us a proof of payment prior to delivery. Unfortunately no cash payments will be accepted for delivery but you’re welcome to pay cash when you collect your order from our factory.

All agent orders should be paid directly to them. They will be in contact with their banking details.

We do not have a minimum requirement per order. To ensure your baby and kiddie meals stay yummy and fresh we do not recommend ordering more than 4 weeks’ worth of food at a time. Our Umatie meals are frozen with a guaranteed freshness for up to 8 weeks. Always make sure you have enough freezer space before you place an order.

An Umatie voucher is also a great baby shower gift! Place your order online and state that it’s a voucher in the additional notes. We can email the voucher to you or you can collect a special made-up voucher. We can also drop it off at any of our agents for you to collect.heart
