Small Eaters:
Take the tub out of the freezer and leave it outside for a few minutes. Take a clean knife and cut the slightly defrosted meal in two. Lift the one part out and place it in a bowl to heat it in the microwave. Alternatively, heat it in a small pot on the stovetop. The other half of the frozen meal left in our tub, you can safely put back in the freezer.
Heat from frozen to ensure ideal consistency.
Remove the outer sleeve, break the seal and remove the lid.
Microwave:
Safely heat in a microwave for 2 minutes until well-heated, stir in between.
Stovetop:
Decant the frozen meal into a saucepan. Slowly heat, stirring continuously.
Times may vary. Cool down and test before feeding your baby.
