DELIVERY / PICKUP within two working days
Once You Order
All orders will be ready for delivery or pickup within 2 working days from placing your order. Once payment is received, we will schedule the delivery / pickup date and email it to you. Please note that we only process orders during our office hours which is Monday to Friday 7am-4pm. If you place an order in the evening or weekend, our team will process your order the next working day.
You pay for your order
You will receive an automated invoice via email when you place an order on our website. Our team will process your order internally and notify you of the delivery slot via email.
If you place an order specifically for pickup from our factory, it will still take 1-2 days. We will notify you via email with a collection date. Please do not pop into our factory on the same day as when you placed your order, to collect it. Our team will unfortunately not be able to assist you.
You can pay for your order using Payfast, Zapper or EFT. No cash payments will be excepted by the couriers. If your Payfast payment fails, feel free to email us to send you a new link to pay. If you pay via EFT, please send us a proof of payment to email@example.com prior to the delivery date arranged with you via email. A delivery slot will only be scheduled once payment is received.

We deliver Monday to Friday 10am-3pm
For Other Areas
We deliver Tuesday to Friday 10am-3pm. Your order will be prepared and packed in Cape Town. It will be sent to your area of choice via airfreight and delivered to your door with our trusted courier. Allow 2–3 working days from placing your order until delivery to your door.
