Once You Order
You will receive an automated invoice via email when you place an order on our website. Our team will process your order internally and notify you of the delivery slot via email. Please note that we only process orders during our office hours which is Monday to Friday 7am-4pm. If you place an order in the evening or weekend, our team will process your order the next working day.
We process your order
Orders are processed Monday to Friday 7am-4pm. Orders placed after our working hours, during a weekend or public holiday, will be processed the next working day. We will always notify you as promptly as we can via email.
You pay for your order
You can pay for your order using Payfast, Zapper or EFT. No cash payments will be excepted by the couriers we use to do our door-to-door deliveries. If your Payfast payment fails, feel free to email us to send you a new link to pay. If you pay via EFT, please send us a proof of payment to firstname.lastname@example.org prior to the delivery date arranged with you via email. Delivery will only take place once payment is received.

We deliver Monday to Friday 9am-3pm
For Other Areas
We deliver Tuesday to Friday 9am-3pm. Your order will be prepared and packed in Cape Town. It will be sent to your area of choice via airfreight and delivered to your door with our trusted courier. Allow 2–3 working days from placing your order until delivery to your door.
