Small Eaters:
Take the tub out of the freezer and leave it outside for a few minutes. Take a clean knife and cut the slightly defrosted meal in two. Lift the one part out and place it in a bowl to heat it in the microwave. Alternatively, heat it in a small pot on the stovetop. The other half of the frozen meal left in our tub, you can safely put back in the freezer.

Sauce (Lamb Mince (16%), Carrot, Tomato Puree Mix (Tomato Paste, Water) (12%), Baby Marrow, Date (2%), Celery, Onion Mix (Onion, Garlic), Pink Salt, Ground Cinnamon, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Ground Cumin), Mash (Sweet Potato, Potato, Butternut (13%)).

Heat from frozen to ensure ideal consistency.
Remove the outer sleeve, break the seal and remove the lid.

Microwave:
Safely heat in a microwave for 4-5 minutes until well-heated, stir in between.

Stovetop:
Decant the frozen meal into a saucepan. Slowly heat, stirring continuously.
